**Important Note: This is our purchase policy!**
**Vet checks, trainer's review, repeated test rides are all very welcome. Should you decide to put a deposit on a horse, we will accept a $150 NON REFUNDABLE deposit to hold the horse for 7 days at N/C. The new owner will then have a total of 2 weeks from the date of deposit to purchase the horse. After that time, the horse is either purchased and full payment is made or the horse will be available for sale again and NO MONIES will be returned.
**We will not hold a horse without a non-refundable deposit. That horse will remain completely available for sale and be shown to other potential buyers until purchased or a deposit is made.
**If the horse needs to stay here longer than 7 days, the new owner will be responsible for paying for the care on that horse at $10/day.
**We do not offer trails. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your horse after your purchase, please contact us first and we will work with you to find the best possible solution.
